The IET is involved in forming both the Electrical and Electronic and Mechanical Joint Technical Programs (JTP’s) for 2008.






The Electrical and Electronic Joint Technical program is a joint seminar program organised by the IET, IEEE, TSA and EA each year.
The program provides free sites visits and talks on electrical and electronic related topics of interest for the members of these institutions.
These events are generally held on the third Tuesday of every month. Please have a look at the program for the upcoming events.

The mechanical Joint Technical program is a joint seminar program organised by the IET, IEEE, IMechE and Royal Aeronautical Society each year. The program provides free sites visits and talks on mechanical related topics of interest for the members of these institutions.
These events are usually held on the second Tuesday of every month. Please have a look at the program for the upcoming events.

I would like to advise to all that there has been unexpected temporary downtime for a few hours over the last few days, however Steve Dalton who volunteers the web-space for our Local Network website has promptly restored the server back to normal.
